Method statements of ELV system
Before construction of the building management system - BMS, the contractor must submit method statement of building management systems - BMS and stakeholders for approval purposes contractor orientation preparatory process and construction of the optimum, thereby reducing construction time, reduce costs, reduce risk and achieve safety quality, set schedules.
1. Preparation works:
- Check the previous job has been completed.
- Work safety:
Preparation of tools, equipment safety:
+ Scaffolding and control.
+ Safety belt.

- Drawings fabrication, detail the latest installation has been approved.
- Preparation of materials:
The types of materials approved by the parties, approval:
+ The cable design category.
+ Drawing.
+ Color scotch tape to mark the cable.

2. Installation works:
a. Install the signal cable and power cable:
- Cable length calculation, colors are correct to distinguish the signal cable and power cable.
- Signal cable type power cable joint, avoid signal interference.
- Prepare the cable, marked every 5 m axial cable.
- Cables will follow the pipe or cable tray.
- Cable Insulation guaranteed after pulling cable.
- While waiting for installation equipment, the cable must be marked and neatly curled.
- Check and ask for advice and approved.
b. Install the DDC:

- The DDC is installed to suit the design requirements, specifications of the project.
- Position the Company for installation of hangers, racks.
- Insert the connector signal proper technique, squeeze.
- Put the DDC in the rack.
- Connect the power cable and signal cable to the DDC.
c. Installation of the sensors and intermediate relay
- Positioning the sensor under construction drawing
- Installation of a television hanging, shelving for sensors
- Install sensor into tit rings, racks
- Align the sensor ensuring technical requirements.
- Insert the intermediate relay equipment in the cabinet is supervised
- Connect control wires ensure technical requirements
d. Installation monitoring center BMS:
- Carefully inspect the devices matches the design requirements, technical requirements of the project or not.
- Positioning, mounting equipment cabinets.
- Installation of equipment in the cabinet.
- Check the system supply voltage for suitability.
- Installation of redundant power to the system.
- Installation of cable tray under the cabinet equipment positioning.
- Measure, cut the cable and power cable signal under yellow cabinets trough has positioned
- Insert the connector on the cable, the signal cable.
- Plug the cable into the device.
- Insert the connector, signal wires securely to the object to be managed (sensors, equipment, ....
- Installation of computer systems management.
- Installation, commissioning screens.
- Check your final connections between devices.

3. The T&C works:
- Check all the cable connections and ensure correct.
- Check all the devices ensure the correct connection.
- Check the circuit, wire insulation all with DDC.
- Commissioning of the unit each individual system.
- Commissioning interlock system all.
- Acceptance interlock load the electrical system under the supervision and control of BMS.
