Understanding principle of operation of the camera will help us better understand the principles of operation of CCTV systems, which will be the correct choice when looking to buy yourself a camera products on market. With his experience, Meper always willingly assist with all inquiries about the CCTV system.

The light from the sun shining down things, then go into the mirror and the camera lens. Light after entering the lens (Lens) will pass color filter for color correction into a standard three-color R (red), G (green), and B (blue). Three colors will impact on the location of the pixel array to create an analog voltage with different voltage levels. Pixel array is a table of squares, each square is a pixel, so the sensor more squares, the more pixels and the picture looks smoother, or say images have higher resolution. The images will be recreated on the screen on the principle of the three primary colors RGB.

Analog electrical signals are converted into digital signals (Digital) by chip ADC (Analog Digital coverter) then switch to the other part in camera processing. From here you will have 2 cases:
- If the signal is processed and given ethernet interface, we have an IP camera.
- If the signal after processing, are converted to analog via a DAC (Digital Analog Converter) and video port offering, we are analog camera.
Chip ADC Ne put together insole with an image sensor, the image sensor is called digital.
